Galarino Return and Refund Policy
At Galarino, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our prints and canvases. Since all our products are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to efficiently handle any issues that may arise.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will either offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Note: Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective item:

- Include a photo of the issue and your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging when returning.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 24 hours after placement, as they are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
- If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Once the order goes into production, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at g.galarino@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Your email should include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything possible to make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect ordering (e.g., wrong size or color preference)
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
