Each canvas is carefully sealed in plastic wrap and packaged in a sturdy, hard cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use 28% less cardboard than the industry standard, contributing to a more sustainable packaging approach. Our custom boxes are made from recycled materials and designed to fit each product size and order. Specialized machinery helps minimize the use of excess tape, plastic, and other packaging materials, making our process eco-friendly and efficient.

The clocks are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes with a folded insert that stabilizes and protects the product during shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will either offer a replacement or a refund based on the situation. Unfortunately, personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
